I am 23 years old and live in the US. I started working out in December of 2015 I weighed around 110 pounds and started my journey to gain weight by working out in the gym. Since then I have studied weight lifting, supplements and nutrition day in and day out. Currently I weigh around 180 pounds and I typically train 5 days a week. The road of gaining weight the right way has been long and hard but I have figured out the science of training through weights, nutrition and supplements.
