First of all if you really want to lose weight you must have the drive to do so. This process is not easy and can sometimes take weeks, months, or even years depending on what your goal is. Most women and men think that if they just don’t eat that they will lose weight, yes you may lose some weight but eventually your body’s metabolism will start to shut down if you don’t eat a sufficient amount of nutrients. That means your body is in survival mode and when you do eat something no matter if it’s healthy or not your body with absorb all of the nutrients that it can, meaning more body fat.
So you may ask your self how can I really lose weight? The answer is eat at least 5 small meals a day, some people eat up to 9 or 10 snacks a day. You may think this sounds crazy but it’s not I promise, it really does work and I will explain.
When you keep a constant amount of food going into your body it will increase your metabolism, a higher metabolism means that your body will burn more calories while resting. When the metabolism increases, the body does not store as much fat from the food that you eat, but burn more calories from an increased metabolism.
