Weighted ab workouts!
With over a million different variations of ab workouts it still seems like abs are the hardest thing to show for people who are on their weight loss journey. Most people who are skinny have no problem with toning up their abs. Most of the time you will see people doing weighted ab workouts. This can be a bad thing if you want to keep your hour-glass shape or want the look of a big chest and back. Think about it like this, if you put heavier weight on your muscles they will grow. That’s something you may not want to do to your core. Weighted ab workouts will not make your abs show more it will only make them larger. To get your abs to pop out you will need to do more reps and burn more calories in you body. Use the fat in you stomach area as energy to push your body more on your ab workouts.

Crunches- 15-25 for 5 sets
Sit ups- 15-25 for 5 sets
leg lifts- 10-15 hold legs lifted for 5 seconds do 3 sets
